SDS TO EXHIBIT AT STADIA EXPO 2026

SDS Infrastructure will be exhibiting at STADIA EXPO 2026, taking place on 25–26 November at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London, where we will showcase how innovative water management and sustainable drainage solutions are helping sporting and leisure venues improve water efficiency and reduce flood risk.

The EXPO brings together the people designing, specifying and operating modern stadia, including architects, engineers, venue operators and infrastructure specialists. The event provides an opportunity to explore the technologies and partnerships shaping the future of sports and leisure facilities.

SDS will demonstrate its solutions through real-world projects, including Plymouth Argyle Football Club, Aqualate Golf Centre and Foulston Park in Plymouth, highlighting how intelligent water management can deliver practical environmental and operational benefits.

At Plymouth Argyle’s Home Park Stadium, SDS repurposed an existing attenuation tank to provide a smart rainwater harvesting system for pitch irrigation and grounds maintenance, reducing reliance on mains water. At Aqualate Golf Centre, six Intellistorm® smart rainwater harvesting tanks support irrigation and turf management while helping manage rainfall through predictive water-level control. Meanwhile, at Foulston Park, two GEOlight® attenuation tanks provide 229m³ of underground surface water storage, supporting flood risk management while preserving valuable space for sporting and community activities.

These projects demonstrate how SDS technologies can address the dual challenges of water scarcity and excess rainfall. By combining smart monitoring, automated control, rainwater reuse and sustainable drainage, SDS helps venues make better use of available water resources and both new and existing infrastructure.
